Any return and/or exchange requests must be submitted to Defined Beard Co. within 30 days of the order fulfillment date.
Shipping Fees can not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds can not be issued if a customer doesn't like the scent of the product ordered. We would be glad to work with the customer on an exchange for another product to help a customer find a scent they prefer.
Merchandise/Clothing returns will only be completed if the product has not been worn or washed. Merchandise must also have original tags or the return will not be processed. Defined Beard Co. will only issue a return, store credit or refund once the returned merchandise is received by Defined Beard Co.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees related to a return or exchange. Only exception is if the return or exchange is due to an error made by Defined Beard Co.
